β < 0: tangentially biased — cusp suppressed

Uses the spherical isotropic Jeans equation with constant anisotropy parameter β (Binney & Tremaine §4.8.2). The tracer density follows a Plummer model (Mcl = 4 × 10⁶ M☉, a = 7 pc). The remnant cluster is an independent Plummer component contributing dynamical mass but no luminous tracers. The IMBH is a point mass at the centre.
